Thisconcentrated Violet aroma (50 g) is ideal for adding a delicate floral note to cakes, buttercream, beverages, ice cream, whipped cream, bavarois, batter and other sweet treats.

Recommended usage:
Use 10 g of flavouring per 1 kg of dough or cream.

Ingredients:
glycerol, propylene glycol, ethanol, water, natural flavourings.

Storage advice:
Keep away from direct sunlight.
Keep in a cool, dark cupboard.

For most recipes, use 4 g per kg of dough or cream.
About 15 drops equal 1 gram.
