Concentrated Amarena Cherry flavouring, 50 g.

This concentrated Amarena flavouringis ideal for adding rich cherry notes to cakes, buttercream, beverages, ice cream, whipped cream, bavarois, batter and other sweet treats.

Recommended usage:
We recommend using 10 g of flavouring per 1 kg of dough or cream.

Ingredients:
Water, glycerol, propylene glycol, ethanol, glycerol triacetate, natural flavouring.

Storage:
Keep away from direct sunlight.
Keep in a cool, dark cupboard.

As a general guideline, use 4 g per kg of dough or cream.
About 15 drops equal 1 gram.
