    Melting the chocolate

It is recommended to turn it on for ± 15 minutes without a bowl with the lid on. This makes the melting process go faster, depending on the amount of chocolate to be melted, it will take 60 to 180 minutes.... During the process, you can stir through the bowl to help the melting process. The melting process is complete when the chocolate is completely melted and liquid.

    Tempering the chocolate
    To make the chocolate shiny and crispy, it is important to temper the chocolate. You do this by placing the bowl, which is inside the appliance, on a flat work surface after the melting process. place. Please be careful! The bowl is hot. Turn the control knob back to 30°C to allow the chocolate to remain at the correct temperature after tempering. remain.

    Then add 25% callets, from the chocolate already present, to the bowl of melted chocolate. Adding solid chocolate to melted chocolate is also known as grafting. Using a spatula, stir the solid chocolate callets into the melted chocolate. Place the (supplied) thermometer in the bowl and stir through the chocolate until the right temperature is reached.
