    Callebaut Chocolate Callets / Chocolate Drops Milk 10 kg
    These Callebaut chocolate callets milk consist of 100% milk chocolate in its purest form (couverture). The unique drop shape makes the callets quick and easy to melt. After melting, you can sprinkle the callets into the dissolved couverture for optimal pre-crystallisation. These chocolate callets are applicable on many fronts. You can use the drops to make delectable chocolates, pralines, chocolates, chocolate bars. Besides using the chocolate to make sweets, you can also incorporate them into other dishes and use them to decorate cakes, donuts, cupcakes, pies and other delicious baked goods. Top off a dish with a delicious layer of chocolate to lick your fingers.

    Just be careful, because it is incredibly hard not to eat the callets when you are working with them. After all, these irresistibly delicious drops do invite you to snack on them!
