    Callebaut Baking Chocolate Chunks Milk Chocolate 2.5 kg
    The reduced cocoa butter content ensures these chunks retain their shape and rich, creamy flavour even at higher oven temperatures. This makes the chunks ideal for Chocolate Chunk Cookies, as well as other biscuits, cakes, pies, breads and luxury pastries (viennoiserie). Beyond baking, the chunks are also ideal for stirring into yogurt, topping sandwiches, or simply enjoying straight from the bag.

    Processing tips

    • Maximum oven temperature: 200°C
    • Avoid direct contact with the baking tin or tray to prevent burning.
    • They can be frozen when encased in dough.
    • Add the chunks to dough only at the very end of mixing to prevent discolouration and melting.
