    Callebaut Bakeproof Chocolate Drops Small Pure 10kg   
    Enjoy small bakeproof chocolate drops with an intense chocolate taste. The choco drops barely melt below a temperature of 200°C, this is because less cocoa butter has been added to the mixture. Make delicious American Cookies, chocolate rolls, chocolate croissant, brownies, muffins or other delicious sweets with these S chocolate drops. Use the chocolate drops for different purposes and enjoy an extra bite in your creations. Just be careful where you put the bag, because before you know it they will be gone. After all, the drops are so delicious, you can't keep your hands off them.

    Processing tips

    • Maximum oven temperature: + 200°C
    • Prevent direct contact with the baking tin - or plate to prevent burning
    • The chunks can be frozen, provided they are encapsulated in the dough
    • Mix the chocolate drops into the dough only at the end of the kneading process. This prevents the dough from colouring or the drops from melting during the kneading process.
