    Callebaut Baking Chocolate Drops Extra Small Pure 10kg
    These extra small chocolate baking drops from Callebaut are really perfect for incorporating into breads, cupcakes or other treats. The callets may be small, but the flavour is definitely not 'small'. Less cocoa butter has been added to the chocolate drops, this prevents them from melting. You can use the drops for various purposes. They can be used as sprinkles on your sandwich, processed through yoghurt.     Processing tips

    • Maximum oven temperature: + 200°C
    • Prevent direct contact with the baking tin - or plate to prevent burning
    • The chunks can be frozen, provided they are encapsulated in the dough
    • Mix the chocolate drops into the dough only at the end of the kneading process. This prevents the dough from colouring or the drops from melting during the kneading process.
