Brand New Cake Waffle Mix 800g
Do you know that feeling when you walk through the market and the smell of delicious fresh waffles meets you. You can now create that smell of delectable fresh waffles at your home too. With this mix from Brand New Cake, you can make your own freshly baked waffles very easily.
Recipe for about 24 waffles
800 grams of waffle mix, 400 grams of (cream) butter, 8 eggs (about 400 grams)
Procedure
1. Bring all products to room temperature.
2. Mix the ingredients for 4 minutes on the middle setting to a smooth batter.
3. Heat the waffle iron, when at temperature grease with vegetable oil.
4. Depending on the size of the waffle iron, pour about 85 grams of batter into the waffle iron and bake the waffles for about 3 - 4 minutes.
5. Allow the waffles to cool and serve warm. You can optionally decorate the waffles with some icing sugar or sugar baking powder and serve with some whipped cream, chocolate or delicious fruit.
