This colour powder is made from concentrated carrot, hibiscus, plant extract, spirulina and plant extract safflower. It is also water-soluble. Suitable for application in confectioneries. Add directly to the product to be coloured.

Please note: this article is not suitable for colouring oily products, such as chocolate and buttercream.
