The Brand New Cake Marzipan natural 1:2 500 g is prepared according to Lubecker's warm method. This is a time-consuming process in which hot marzipan is made according to strict rules. Because the marzipan is prepared according to this method, the product has an intense almond flavour. It is also very stretchy and therefore very nice to use. Warm marzipan tears much less easily than marzipan made using the quick cold method. Moreover, this marzipan does not dry as quickly as marzipan made using the cold method.

Colouring the marzipan
Thanks to the colour, you can colour the marzipan in any colour of your choice. The best way to do thisis to use Brand New Cake's colouring gel . Apply the colouring gel in the centre and then knead it through the marzipan. Wear gloves when doing this to avoid getting the dye on your hands.
Use advice: optimal processing temperature: 20-22°C.
