Brand New Cake Ganache Hazelnut 850g - Ready-made
Delicious hazelnut ganache from the Brand New Cake brand. The ganache has many uses, it can be used as topping or dip on donuts, drip cakes or (cup) cakes. But also suitable as a filling in a cake. Also to be used as topping in shortbread, as flavouring and decoration in ice cream sundaes or as flavouring in bavaroise.
How to use
- Melt the ganache in the microwave or au bain-marie.
- Then process the melted ganache in or with a product of your choice.
- Let the ganache set in the refrigerator or freezer.
Brand New Cake Ganache Hazelnut Use for Truffles (soft)Melt the ganache as described above. Then pour the mixture into a mould intended for this purpose and allow to stiffen in the refrigerator.
Make a buttercream or soft bonbon/tart filling with the Ganache
Add 150 g of cream butter (at room temperature) and a container of ganache (260 g) into the food processor and beat with the butterfly hook for five minutes until fluffy. You can now add wax chocolate colouring to your liking.
What is the difference between BrandNewCake's Fudge Dip and Ganache?
The ganache has a slightly stronger chocolate flavour and is harder than the fudge. The fudge is a little sweeter but finer in texture and softer.
