    . With the BrandNewCake Cupcake Mix Vanilla 2.5 kg, you can easily bake tender, delicious cupcakes at home or in your bakery. Fill and frost them as you like, or decorate to suit any theme—perfect for birthdays, baby showers and other celebrations.

    Makes approximately 12
    standard cupcakes. Ingredients:
    - 400 g BrandNewCake Cupcake Mix
    - 120 g soft butter*
    200 g eggs (about 3–4 large)

    You’ll also need a hand mixer, mixing bowl, metal cupcake tin and paper cupcake cases.

    For a lactose-free version, simply replace the butter with 120 g of seed oil.

    Preparation method:

    1. Preheat your oven to 170°C (fan oven 160°C).

    2. Place the cake mix in a mixing bowl, then add the softened butter and eggs.

    3. Beat the batter on medium speed for about 5 minutes.

    4. Line a cupcake tin with paper cases.

    5. Fill each liner about halfway with batter.

    6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
