Using Brand New Cake Colouring Gel Super Red
For precise colour control, add a small amount at a time using a clean skewer or cocktail stick, and mix thoroughly before adding more. If you prefer a darker shade, simply add a little more gel; for lighter tones, use the gel sparingly. Once the gel is incorporated, knead or stir thoroughly until the colour is evenly distributed.

Pro tip: place the gel in the centre of your fondant to keep your hands clean, or simply wear gloves.
