Instructions
Using a skewer or cocktail stick, add a small amount of Brand New Cake Colouring Gel Black to the product you wish to colour. For batters or creams, stir the gel thoroughly until evenly distributed. For deeper black, simply add more gel; for lighter shades, use less. To colour fondant, knead in a few drops at a time until the desired shade is reached.

Keep the colour in the centre of the fondant to minimise staining, or wear gloves if you prefer.

Storein the original packaging, tightly sealed, in a cool place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
