    Microwave method:

    1. Place the desired amount of Callets®/drops in a microwave-safe plastic or glass bowl.

    2. Melt on full power (about 800 W) in the microwave. Stir thoroughly every 15 seconds to ensure even heat distribution. Stop heating as soon as the chocolate looks almost fully melted, with only a few small pieces remaining. Keep stirring until the mixture is completely smooth and homogeneous.

    3. The chocolate is now ready to use.

    Au bain-marie method

    This gentle method prevents scorching and keeps your chocolate smooth and shiny.

    1. Place a saucepan with a small layer of water over medium heat. Set a heatproof bowl on top, making sure the bottom does not touch the water; the rising steam will gently warm the chocolate.

    2. Bring the water to a gentle simmer and maintain this temperature.

    3. Add the desired amount of Callets or drops to the bowl and stir until the chocolate is fully melted, then scrape down the sides to incorporate any unmelted bits.
