1. Place the desired amount of Callets®/drops in a microwave-safe plastic or glass bowl.
2. Melt on full power (about 800 W) in the microwave. Stir thoroughly every 15 seconds to ensure even heat distribution. Stop heating as soon as the chocolate looks almost fully melted, with only a few small pieces remaining. Keep stirring until the mixture is completely smooth and homogeneous.
3. The chocolate is now ready to use.
