This convenient 250 ml candelivers a beautiful pearl-gold sheen with a velvety matte finish. It is perfect for adding a professional touch to ice cream, mousse, semifreddo and other delicate desserts.

How to use

1. Shake well, then apply at room temperature (25 °C).
2. Hold the can about 20–25 cm from your creation and spray evenly.
3. Apply even coats to chilled desserts.
4. When you’re finished, invert the can and spray for a few seconds to keep the nozzle clear.
5. If the spray becomes uneven, clean the nozzle with hot water or warm it briefly in the microwave.

Caution: This product is highly flammable. Keep the can out of reach of children, away from flames, sparks, hot surfaces and any other sources of ignition. Never smoke near the can, and never pierce or burn it, even after use.

Store in a cool, dark place away from sunlight and never exceed 50 °C.
