    Contents: 400 g


    Recipe included for one sponge cake, 22–24 cm diameter    . Ingredients:
    - 400 g BrandNewCake Biscuit Mix
    - 360 g eggs (about 7–8 large eggs)

    Preparation method:

    1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (165°C for fan-assisted models) and grease a 22–24 cm cake tin.

    2. Place the Biscuit Mix in a mixing bowl and add the eggs.

    3. Beat the batter on high speed for about 8–10 minutes until light and airy.

    4. Pour the batter into the prepared tin.

    5. Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
