    With BrandNewCake Brownie Mix 400 g. Gluten-free, you can whip up a delicious gluten-free brownie in no time. Cut the brownie into pieces and serve at a birthday party or other celebration.

    Makes one 18–20 cm brownie.
    Ingredients:
    - 400 g BrandNewCake Brownie Mix
    200 g softened butter
    150 g eggs (about 3 large)

    You’ll also need a hand mixer, a mixing bowl and a round cake tin measuring approximately 18–20 cm in diameter.

    Prefer a butter-free option? Simply substitute the butter with 200 g vegetable margarine.

    Method:

    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan 170°C) and grease the cake tin.

    2. Place the cake mix in a mixing bowl, then add the softened butter and eggs.

    3. Beat the batter on medium speed for about 3 minutes.

    4. Pour the batter into the prepared tin.

    Bake for 30–40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
