Brand New Cake Acetate Foil Roll – 4.5 cm x 100 m. This transparent acetate strip (also called inlay foil, acetate foil or pâtisserie foil) is perfect for lining cake and petit four moulds. Each roll measures 4.5 cm wide and provides 100 metres of easy-to-cut, food-safe material.

Food-safe and versatile, it performs equally well in hot and cold applications, from desserts and ice cream to bavarois, mousses and bread pudding. The roll withstands temperatures from -20 °C to 220 °C, and you can simply trimit to the length you need.
