Betty Bossi Grissini Roller
A soup stick, a bread stick or a grissini, it doesn't matter what you call it but you make it using this grissini roller from Betty Bossi. You can use the roller for different types of dough, for example: pizza dough, puff pastry, flammkuchen dough and biscuit dough. When you make your own grissinis you decide the thickness of the dough, but you can also add spices to your own taste to make them completely to your liking. It is fun and delicious to serve them for the main course, with an appetiser, but also consider wrapping them with parma ham or smoked salmon for a perfect snack.

Usage instructions

1. Roll out the prepared dough to about 3 mm thick. Then place the dough on the baking sheet and cut the dough to the right size. Let the dough rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle some flour over the Grissini Roller and the dough. Place the Grissini roller on the front of the dough and roll the snack roller slowly and with even pressure over the dough to form it. 
2. Place the formed strips of dough with the baking sheet on a plate. 
3. Add the herbs or spices to the dough before baking. 
4. Bake the dough according to the recipe. Remove the tray from the oven, let the tray cool slightly and break the grissini apart or loosen the grissini with a dough cutter. Let the dough cool on a warm rack.
