Procedure: Mix 500 g of mix, 440 ml of water (40°C), 20 ml of olive oil, 10 g of salt and 4 g of dried yeast (or 12 g of fresh yeast) with the butterfly whisk on the medium setting for 4 min to make a smooth dough. Let the dough rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size. Bread: Make balls or place the dough in a greased baking tin and let the dough rise again until doubled in size and bake at 215°C about 25-30 min depending on the size of the bread. Pizza: Roll out the dough and place on a greased baking tray. Add pizza sauce and topping as desired and bake the pizza for about 20 min at 215°C.
