Procedure: Mix 500g mix with 150g butter and 1 egg (50g) and knead into a firm dough. Let the dough rest in the fridge for about 1 hour. Roll out the dough to about 5 mm thickness, line a springform pan (22-24 cm) with the dough and fill with apple segments of 1 kg apples mixed with some cinnamon and sugar. Lay a grid of strips of dough on the apples and brush with beaten egg. Bake for about 60 min at 180°C (hot-air oven 160°C).
