Arrowroot is the perfect binder for sauces, soups, glazes and desserts. It has a neutral flavour and clear binding. Arrowroot is derived from the root of the arrowroot plant, which makes it 100% natural. 

How to use
Arrowroot powder should first be dissolved in cold water before adding it to a hot liquid. A kind of porridge is then formed and this should be added to hot or boiling liquid. 

Use 1 tbsp of arrowroot per 250ml of liquid. Dissolve in 1 tbsp cold water before use.
