Arrowroot Thickener Warm Organic 150g
This 100% natural root starch is ideal for thickening sauces, soups, glazes and desserts, delivering a clear, glossy finish without altering flavour.

How to use
First, whisk 1 tablespoon of arrowroot into 1 tablespoon of cold water to create a slurry. Then pour the slurry into warm or boiling liquid, stirring until the mixture thickens.

Use 1 tablespoon of arrowroot per 250 ml of liquid, dissolving it first in 1 tablespoon of cold water before adding to the warm mixture.
