This full-flavoured sugar substitute is ideal for flavouring various cakes, desserts and other sweet treats.
Zusto contains 4 times fewer calories than 'ordinary' sugar. It makes whipped cream firmer and fuller, gives ice cream a finer and warmer mouthfeel and finally, it makes jams gel better, and enhances fruit flavours. Tip:Add Zusto gradually to avoid clumping.
