Zeeuwse Bloem H. (10 kg)
Zeeuwse Bloem (pastry flour) is a wheat flour obtained by cleaning, milling and sifting common wheat. The flour is mainly used for the preparation of pastry products. The flour is characterised by its low protein content and flowing character.
Tip: Use Zeeland flour H. (10 kg) to make a delicious filled cake!

Work method:
- Make a rolling dough from the above ingredients.
- Let the dough set in the refrigerator.
- Roll out to 2 mm.
- Cut out slices and place them on a greased baking tray.
- Add ice cream.
- Neatly cover with dough slices.
- Cover with egg.
- Decorate with half almonds.
- Bake as a filled cake.
