The essentials for an Angel Food Cake 300 grams of sugar, 300 grams of egg whites (10 to 12 eggs), 100 grams of patent flour, 1.5 grams of salt, 5 millilitres of vanilla extract and 4 grams of tartar powder (not tartaric acid).
Procedure
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Tip! Place a baking stone on a rack at the bottom of the oven. this keeps the temperature in the oven more constant.

Place the mould in the oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
