Full milk powder is a very versatile product and has a wide range of applications. For example, use it in your baked goods, add it to chocolate, confectionery, ice cream (and other desserts) or in soups and sauces. This whole milk powder is made from fresh cow's milk. After the milk is pasteurised and standardised, it is thickened. It is then made into a powder by a spray process.
It is also possible to make your own milk with this powder. The mixing ratio is 1 part milk powder to 10 parts water. So 100 grams of milk powder + 1 litre of water for just over 1 litre of milk. However, it might leave small lumps.
