VanDeMeester's baking mixes have been developed and perfected into delicious authentic mixes. Two waffles without a delicious syrup between them is like a whipped cream cake without whipped cream. This syrup is easy to prepare and has a delicious full flavour.

Method of preparation
Heat the syrup to a temperature of 60°C.

Proportion

• Suitable to fill about 150 syrup waffles with syrup. This is about five kilos of syrup waffle mix. 
• For 100 kilos of mix, 28 kilos of syrup is recommended. 

Ingredients
Sugar, glucose, water, palm fat, rapeseed oil, coconut oil, salt, emulsifier (E471-SOJA), citric acid, natural flavours, vitamin A, vitamin D, carotene.

Storage advice: dark and dry at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
