The baking mixes from VanDeMeester have been developed and perfected into delicious authentic mixes. Pancakes is ééone of the most famous dishes in the Netherlands, eaten since ancient times and still loved by all. With this mix, all you need is water to prepare a delicious dish.
Method of preparation: mix 1kg of old Dutch pancake mix with 1700g/ml water to a smooth batter. Pour the batter into a greased and preheated pan and flip the pancake when the top is dry.
