VanDeMeester Lolly Waffle Mix 1 kg
Our baking mixes have been refined to deliver authentic, delicious results every time. This mix makes light, tender waffles—perfect for crafting lolly waffles. Finish them with chocolate, sprinkles and a dollop of whipped cream for an irresistible presentation.
We also carry matching lolly waffle sticks for serving.
Preparation: Combine 1 kg of mix with 400 ml of water to create a smooth batter. Drop small portions onto a greased, preheated waffle iron (200°C) and bake for 2.5 minutes.
Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour(gluten), hydrogenated and refined palm fat, egg powder, whey powder (lactose, milk), milk protein(lactose), raising agents (E450a, E500), corn starch, stabiliser (E451(i)), anti-caking agent (E551), vanillin, colouring (E160a(i)).
May contain traces of nuts.
