VanDeMeester Golden Poffertjesmix 10kg
The baking mixes from VanDeMeester have been developed and perfected into delicious authentic mixes. This mix makes the tastiest poffertjes and all you have to do is add water, a perfect combination with syrup, whipped cream, ice cream and fruit.
Method of preparation: mix 1kg of poffertjes mix with 1400g/ml water to a smooth batter. Bake the poffertjes in a greased and preheated poffertjes/pancake pan (200°C), turn them over when the top is thoroughly dry.
Ingredients: wheat flour (gluten), sugar, buckwheat flour, palm fat, raising agents (E450i), whey powder (milk), milk powder, salt, wheat starch, glucose syrup, yeast powder, egg powder, milkprotein, stabiliser (E451i), anti-caking agent (E551), natural flavouring, emulsifier (E491).
Can contain traces of nuts
