VanDeMeester Crepes de Paris mix 10kg
The baking mixes from VanDeMeester have been developed and perfected into delicious authentic mixes. This mix makes delicious crêpes. The taste and smell will make you think you are in Paris at ééone of the many crêpe stalls. Top it all off with delicious fruit, whipped cream, syrup or ice cream.
Method of preparation: mix 1kg crêpe mix with 1700g/ml water to make a smooth batter. Spread a layer of crêpe mix in a greased and preheated pan (220°C) and let the crêpe cook.
