The baking mixes from VanDeMeester have been developed and perfected into delicious authentic mixes. The bubble waffle is starting to become a big hit flown over from Hong Kong, often the waffles are rolled up into an ice cream cone and filled with delicious ice cream and various toppings.

Method of preparation: mix 1kg of bubble waffle mix with 750g/ml water and until a smooth batter is formed. Pour the batter into a greased and preheated bubble waffle maker (190°C-220°C) and bake the waffles for 3 minutes.

Ingredients: wheat flour (gluten), sugar, maize starch, egg powder, vegetable palm fat (hydrogenated and refined), raising agents (E341, E500), milk powder, whey powder (lactose, milk), emulsifiers (E472b, E477, E471, E470a), vanillin, salt, milkproteïne (lactose), stabiliser (E451(i), E450iii, E450i), glucose syrup, milk caseïnates (lactose), anti-caking agent (E551).
May contain traces of nuts

Storage advice: dark and dry at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
