Esprit from the well-known Amsterdam-based brand A. van Wees. An esprit is a highly concentrated distillate of natural products. Thanks to its high aroma and flavour concentration, esprit is particularly suitable for professional kitchens and bakeries. We recommend dosing it carefully. Depending on the application, 5 to 50 grams per kilo. After heating, flavour and aroma are retained and the alcohol evaporates. Thanks to the special rectifying bulb distillation process, esprits are purer than essential oils. Esprits contain the very finest flavours and fragrances as the larger constituents are left behind in the distillation cauldron.
It is a high-quality natural flavour enhancer. Due to its high concentration, you only need a small amount. Chocolatiers, pastry chefs & ice cream makers get the best results with just a few drops of Van Wees Esprits. Chocolate, ice cream or cakes will not become unnecessarily moist as a result and will retain óók their quality after freezing!
