    The Valrhona Chocolate Bar Milk Jivara (40%) 70g is a milk chocolate with character. With a high cacao content in milk chocolate, Jivara has a rich, creamy taste experience in which notes of vanilla and malt subtly come to the fore. The balanced ratio between sweetness and cacao creates a full, round flavour with a velvety texture that melts on the tongue.

    Delicious when combined with ingredients such as praline, fruit or salted caramel. Think of applications such as fillings, ganaches, chocolate decorations or as a flavouring in cake batter. This bar is also delicious on its own.
