Preparation method:
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
In a mixing bowl, combine 300 ml of water with the mix.
Mix until smooth, then pour the batter into a prepared loaf tin.
If desired, sprinkle with sunflower and/or pumpkin seeds before baking.
Bake the loaf for 60 minutes (or rolls for 25–30 minutes) at 200°C.
Once done, remove the loaf from the tin and allow it to cool completely on a wire rack.
