Pumpkin seeds are high in vitamin E and is seed from a pumpkin. The seeds are great for in yoghurt, salads, bread or cakes.

It is also recommended to fry the pumpkin seeds briefly in a little oil. Do put a lid on the pan for this. Pumpkin seeds that are fried will pop. Just like popcorn.
