    Steensma Tartelettes Mix 1kg
    Make delicious tartelettes with ease using this mix from Steensma. A tartelette is a baked tart with an open filling. You can fill the pastry with a savoury or sweet filling. You can vary the filling of the tartelettes endlessly with different flavours. Tartelettes not only taste delicious, they also look beautiful and cute.

    Recipe for 20 tartlets
    250 grams of tartlet mix, 125 grams of butter, 2 tablespoons of water

    Method
    1. Bring all the necessary ingredients to room temperature.
    2. Put the tartlet mix, butter and water in a bowl and knead into a crumbly dough.
    3. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
    4. Grease the baking tins with butter and preheat the fan oven to 180°C.
    5. Knead the dough briefly, roll it out thinly and cut out the desired shape.
    6. Cut strips of dough for the sides of the baking tins.
    7. Start by placing the strips along the sides and then place the cut-out slices on the bottom.
    8. Place a baking tin filled with baking beans in the baking tin and bake for 20 minutes.
    9. Remove the baking beans and bake the tartlets for another five minutes until golden brown.
    10. Allow the tartlets to cool thoroughly, then fill them with the filling of your choice.
