    Steensma Light Swiss Cream Mix 2 kg is a powder mix for preparing light Swiss cream. Swiss cream is a creamy filling based on pastry cream that is whipped into a light, stable cream. The cream has a soft texture and a rich flavour, making it ideal for filling and finishing various types of cakes.

    Mixing the powder with ice-cold water and whipping it creates a light cream with plenty of volume that is easy to work with. The Swiss Cream Mix is ideal for filling cakes, pastries and cream puffs.

    Use the cream, for example, in whipped cream cakes, fruit tarts or as a creamy layer in mille-feuilles and éclairs. This cream also creates a soft and light texture in desserts served in glasses, trifles or as a filling for cupcakes. Combine Swiss cream with fresh fruit, chocolate decoration or a fruit filling.
