The Steba Chocolate Warmer (Yoghurt Maker) is a versatile appliance that ensures constant and accurate temperature control. Thanks to the adjustable temperature range and clear digital display, you have complete control over the heating process. The appliance comes with several glass jars with lids, making it easy to divide portions.
The even heat distribution makes it suitable for both fermenting yoghurt and keeping cacao butter warm. With this appliance, you can easily set the desired temperature (20-55 °C) and keep your colours liquid while you work with them.
Instead of the glass jars supplied, you can put the bottles of cacao butter in it. The cacao butter can be melted with this device, but if you want to get started quickly, we recommend putting it in the microwave first.
