Spring-loaded cutting wheel Ø 55 mm, for use in combination with 60 cm stainless steel dough cutter. The wheel is for extending or replacing the cutting wheels of the entire dough cutter.

Important: the spring mechanisms of the cutting wheels contain a hardened steel retaining ring, which can rust when exposed to aggressive cleaning agents. We therefore recommend that you do not clean the cutting wheels in the dishwasher, but under warm running water, and then allow them to dry thoroughly.
