The board has a motif of three different dolls. You can use the figures for Christmas, but they are also excellent for other occasions.
Using the Speculoos Shelf Gingerbread
Grease the shelf with cooking oil.
Let the board dry for 2 hours and then re-grease it.
Paste the board lightly with some flour.
Take the dough out of the fridge after at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
Let the dough come to room temperature.
Then press the dough firmly into the speculaas board and cut away any remnants from the board.
Turn the board over and tap so that the biscuit shapes fall onto a baking tray.
Sprinkle the board again with a little flour if necessary and fill again.
