Make your own delicious speculaas with this artisanal speculaas board. This speculaas board is called 'Holland' and consists of a windmill, sailboat and a chicken.

How to use the Speculaas board?
- Grease the board in kitchen oil
- Re-grease the board after 2 hours
- Then lightly dust the board with some flour
- Remove the dough from the fridge after at least 1 hour (preferably overnight)
- Let the dough come to room temperature
- Press the dough firmly into the dough. Next, press the dough well into the speculaas board and cut away the remnants
- Then turn the board over and tap so that the cake falls onto the baking tray
- If necessary, dust the speculaas again lightly with flour and fill again
