Sosa Vegetable Gelatine 500g
Plant-based gelatine from the Sosa brand. It consists mainly of carrageenan and locust bean gum. These two ingredients provide an elastic transparent gel.
Application: Mix ingredients at room temperature and heat to at least 65°C. If it is insufficiently heated then the liquid will only thicken and will not become a 'gel'. The same occurs if the dosage is reduced.
Not suitable for freezing.
Recommended dosage: 50-60g per 1 L.

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, gelling agent: carrageenan (E407), dextrose, stabiliser: potassium chloride (E508), acidity regulator: trisodium citrate (E331III), gelling agent: locust bean gum (E410), Sucrose. May contain trace amounts of soya, egg, peanuts, milk, tree nuts, sesame seeds, celery, mustard, sulphites.
