Sosa Pectin Xoco nappage (X58) 500g
Pectin is often used to make jelly and/or jam. Pectin naturally occurs mainly in the somewhat harder fruits, such as oranges or apples. On the other hand, 'soft' fruits (such as cherries or strawberries) contain very little pectin. Many fruits and fruits contain too little pectin to make a firm and full-flavoured jam. By adding Sosa pectin, you can create the tastiest jam or jelly.
The unique feature of this pectin (Xoco X58) is that it retains moisture even when frozen. Other types of pectin release moisture and compromise the appearance and shelf life of the pastry.
