Sosa Oligofructose 500g Oligofructose is a sugar substitute. It is a highly soluble product. Its high degree of sweetness makes it perfect for replacing sucrose (sugar). It has low texturising power and very good cold solubility.
How to use: Integrate into a cold or hot preparation without prior hydration.
