Natur Emul is ideal for replacing eggs in plant-based recipes, such as vegan mayonnaise, and is equally effective in both cold and hot preparations.
Use it in both cold and hot emulsions—such as mayonnaise, creams and ganache—or as an egg replacement in plant-based or egg-free recipes. It’s also freezer-safe for convenient storage.
Use 0.5–2% of the total recipe weight for consistent results.
