Sosa Guar Gum 750g
Guar Gum by Sosa is a thickener, stabiliser and emulsifier. It hydrates when cold and improves hydration when heated. It is used to improve the production of dairy, meat and ice cream products. In pastry, it reduces syneresis due to thawing of fillings, improves dough mixing, reducing mixing time.

Dosage: 2-10g/kg

Ingredients: thickener: guar gum (E412).
Can contain traces of soya, egg, peanuts, milk, tree nuts, sesame seeds, celery, mustard, sulphites.
