Sosa Guar Gum 750 g
Guar Gum from Sosa is a versatile thickener, stabiliser and emulsifier. It hydrates easily in cold liquids and performs even better when heated. It helps improve the texture and stability of dairy, meat and ice cream products. In baked goods, it minimizes syneresis from thawed fillings and streamlines dough mixing, so you spend less time mixing and more time creating.
Typical usage: 2–10 g/kg.
